Depart
in the morning and cross the Appalachian
Mountains

Cross
the US-Canadian border at the Rainbow Bridge

View
scenic natural areas around Niagara Falls

We
may stay on the Canadian side of the Falls

Day3: (Sun.)
Niagara Falls
-
On this morning’s sightseeing tour
behold the spectacular
falls from table Rock.
-
Then board the "Maid of the Mist"
for the thrilling ride
to view the thundering falls from river level.
-
Balance of the day at leisure.
-
Tonight, optional, fun-filled
tours.
-
If conditions are favorable, a
walking tour through the
scenic tunnels will be substituted.

Day4: (Mon.)
Niagara
Falls-Lancaster, Pennsylvania
-
Travel to Buffalo to see the
birthplace of Zonta and the
home of the Zonta Club of Buffalo, the first club.
-
We have invited the Erie Club and the other 8 original
clubs to join us in fellowship.
-
Then journey into
Pennsylvania and follow the
Susquehanna River through the rolling Appalachian
Mountains and on to Lancaster.

Day5: (Tues.)
Lancaster,
Pennsylvania-Washington DC
-
Lancaster County, home of the
Amish and Mennonite
religious sects, in one of Pennsylvania’s most active
farming communities.

This morning enjoy a stop at
the
Amish Farm and
House
-
A local guide will explain
this unusual culture, one
that excludes the use of modern conveniences such
as electricity or telephones.

Journey to
Washington DC and enjoy an optional evening
out, featuring a delicious dinner at one of the Washington’s
most popular restaurants.

Day6: (Weds.)
Washington DC
-
The US capital is a sightseeing
treasure. Your half day tour features

Arlington National
Cemetery with a visit to the
Kennedy gravesite

The Korean War Memorial
-
The Vietnam War Veterans Memorial
-
Many other well-know site
-
Your tour
includes a stop for photos at
The
White House
and Capitol Hill.

independent activities to
explore during your free afternoon.

Washington
DC-Philadelphia-New York City

This Morning begins our travel
north to Philadelphia

Philadelphia
Sightseeing focuses on historic
significance of
the city

Major attractions to explore on your own include the Liberty
Bell and Independence Hall.

Next stop is at
Newark International Airport, New Jersey
to accommodate guests with homebound flights from that airport.

The trip ends in Manhattan in the
late afternoon to The
Marriot Marquis Hotel.
